Whether you're a longtime member or joining us for the first time, we'd love to see you at the Virginia AHPERD 89th Annual Convention! We're heading to a brand-new venue located in Lynchburg, VA in 2026. Connect with the brightest minds in Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance, and network, build new skills, and collaborate with passionate professionals who share your vision.

Travel and lodging
We have room blocks at two Lynchburg hotels. Both are $139 per night for the nights of October 23 to 25, and both blocks close October 8. Neither hotel is within walking distance of E.C. Glass, so plan to drive over each morning.
